Online Registration:
Complete and comprehensive online player registration with admin configurable options including survey questions, acknowledgement of league bylaws, and charges configuration, and even the ability to pay online, using PayPal, the most widely accepted method of payment on the internet (PayPal handles MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diner's Club, and online check payment methods).  The registration fee payments go into an account controlled by the league, not HockeyData.
  • Extensive Management Admin of the Online Registration process make it easy to evaluate which players have paid and which have not.   Team directors can monitor registrations to their team so that they can follow-up with the players to get payments in.  Five separate sections of this management tool allow you to identify problems and answer questions about the progress of the registration process, including moving registrants from one team to another, acknowledge payment of fees, summary of total registration dollars, total paid, and total outstanding.
  • Once the season begins, an Admin process takes the online registrations and sets up the team rosters with no additional work, streamlining the whole process and eliminating duplication of work.
  • At any point, the league management can download registration information into Excel, Word, Word Perfect or any program which accepts a common CSV file format.
  • Confirmations of payment of online registration fees are emailed to one or more specific email addresses.
  • Convenient "Find Your Team" helps newcomers locate the correct team to register for, including a link to email the director of the team, and a link to the team site.
  • FAQ - Frequently asked questions are available to answer the most commonly asked questions about your hockey program.  If the q's & a's shown do not answer a visitor's questions, the visitor can submit their own question, which is emailed automatically to the team or league director.  An Admin allows the question to be answered and optionally posted to the site for others to view.
